Welcome to our modern home, situated nine kilometres south of Mount Maunganui, opposite a beautiful surf beach. Cross the road to the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, surfing and walks.

Enjoy stunning sea views while dining upstairs at breakfast. We are located near Palm Beach Shopping Plaza, Fashion Island and golf courses. Separate guest lounge with TV and tea making facilities. Cathy is a Primary School Teacher and Graham your host. We are widely travelled and both enjoy meeting people. Our home is shared with a Persian cat – Crystal.
